LCA 5: Setting

Tuesday 2nd February

1) To create a scary, broken and messed up feeling. The thought of having nowhere to run and no-one you can call out to for help.
2) To show somewhere more important. Somewhere more business wise and in needing of saving something in need of protection.
3) Somewhere cliché for a couples date, romantic and soothing.

1) Blue and red, stands out more, blue represent wisdom and inspiration, red can represent love and joy
2)Black can represent more mysterious and mischievous, power, fear, death.
3) something more happy, such as a party or celebration, a cheery, sweet setting.

Spider-Man: into the Spider-Verse:

1) A large city, a laboratory.
2) Main character's home, important and in need of protecting. Laboratory shows the antagonists schemes, a danger.
4) Main character's family, keeping people alive, puts on the hero persona of protection and bravery
6) The story could have happened in a different setting dependant of the type of personality the place sets. if it were set in a place that was calm and in no danger, then the story would struggle to continue, however if the place were in a high level of danger in need of heroes, the story could happen.
9) the colour black is used for kingpin in order to represent death and evil. White is used to show the laboratory which kingpin and doc octopus work in. Other brighter colours represent happiness and safety, as the heroes protect the land.
10) Kingpins black suit represents death, power, fear and evil, showing his personality as a ruthless crime boss and the fact that he kills spiderman.
